The staff at Epicurean Catering headed by Richard W. Rizzo, orchestrated a perfect wedding reception for our daughter Ann and her groom Paul Witherspoon at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. The greatest compliment I can pay to any caterer, is to know that after all the initial discussion of the type of event, the number of people involved and the date is, is being absolutely confident that Richard will not only design a superb menu, but will take care of every single detail from that point on. Tell him what you want and you've got it. I have worked with Richard in the past on several events that we're as smooth as silk. But when planning Ann's wedding reception, I was most delighted to delighted to discover in Richard, we not only had Denver's best caterer, but also a wedding consultant who is totally familiar with and able to recommend photographers, bands, tuxedo rental companies, cake bakers, florists, etc. He also has total command of what schedule of events is appropriate for toasts, first dance, cake cutting etc and does try stay in control of the schedule. It was a delightful bonus offered by Richard that was unexpected and gratefully appreciated.

I cannot over-emphasize the wisdom of choosing Epicurean and Richard Rizzo for absolutely whatever social event one may be contemplating. The event was a great success! Nearly every single guest knew Richard before the night was over.

We are writing to thank you very much for all you did to make our son's wedding last Sunday the enormous success it was. Our son's new in-laws, the Allison's, have told us how extraordinarily helpful, indeed crucial, you were in so many areas, from helping to plan our ceremony and arrange equipment rentals to identifying logistical issues and ensuring that every aspect of the reception went smoothly. On a much smaller scale, but in a gesture that was additionally important to us, you made sure that our four guests who had to leave early were fed and fed well although the buffet had not yet opened.
