It is hard to know where to begin when it comes to sports... The International Golf Tournament is one not to forget. Epicurean Catering was involved with this prestigious tournament for well over a decade, coordinating all food services, liquor, corporate tents, International Village and Corporate Sponsors… it was a major yearly project. I was involved in the coordination and implementation of certain aspects which contributed greatly in my event planning skills. Other golf related events were, the opening of Colorado Golf Club, Host of the 2010 Senior PGA Golf Major, and the US Senior Open at Cherry Hills Country Club. Involvement with the Denver Broncos Football Club for the past two decades has been an association with a world class organization. Epicurean Catering afforded me an opportunity to coordinate food services for the luxury suites at Mile High as well as galas and fundraisers. I have been blessed to work directly with the Shanahan Family for 15 years, coordinating all of their food service needs. Kroenke Sports and the Kroenke Family have allowed me to coordinate along with Epicurean Catering, certain aspects of the NBA All Star Weekend, that Denver hosted. The Denver Grand Prix was the most unique sports event that I was involved with, coordinating all food services for several major sponsors. WOW! That was an exhilerating experience.
